| Description: | Rules and Guidelines: ⢠An application is a commitment to participate. Refunds will be made according to specific guidelines. ⢠Please make checks payable to: Deb Ruhf . ⢠There will be tables available for your use, please indicate on the registration form sheet whether you will need tables or not. ⢠We request that all tables be covered with some sort of covering: table cloths, sheets, etc. ⢠A $35 handling fee will be charged for all returned checks. ⢠Booth sizes are as follows: 8 feet across by 8 feet deep, ⢠Each booth space will include 1 table and 1 chair, unless specified. ⢠All vendors are responsible for their own booth money, please bring enough change, there will not be anyone to provide you with extra! ⢠Booths should be staffed at all times ⢠Only one representative per retail business will be accepted into the show and will be assigned on a first come first served basis (this applies to Avon, Pampered Chef, Salt City Candles, etc) ⢠Please remove all trash from your booth space. ⢠Completed and signed applications must be received by Friday, February 19, 2010. ⢠Refunds for cancellations will be given up to February 24, 2010 to allow people on the waiting list to apply. No refunds will be given after this date. ⢠Refunds will be granted using the following guidelines: o Full Refund on or before February 19th o 50% Refund February 20-24th o After February 24th, no refunds given. ⢠Spaces will be assigned as the applications are received and accepted on a first come basis. ⢠Set-up begins Friday, March 12, 2010 from 6-9pm and on Saturday from 7am-10am. All set up must be completed by 10am Saturday morning. ⢠The First Interstate Building will be locked after 9pm Friday evening. ⢠The show will run from 10am until 4pm ⢠Breakdown and clean up must be completed by 6pm on Saturday evening. ⢠After unloading, all cars MUST be moved from the front of the building and the designated crafter parking area. ⢠All artists/crafters must stay the entire length of the expo and no early breakdown of displays will be allowed.
