| Description: | The Snowbowl Cup Gelande Championship features spectacular ski jumping of up to 200 feet using alpine equipment. The jumpers fly off a narrow drop between two cliffs just above the Grizzly chairlift. The event attracts national media as well as jumpers from all over the United States. | Snowbowl Cup Gelande Championship will be held at Montana Snowbowl Ski Resort, which is located 12 miles northwest of Missoula. Take the Reserve Street exit north off I-90. Follow Grant Creek Road for 4.5 miles. Turn left on Snowbowl Road and follow 6 miles to the top. | ||||
