Founded in 1971, the Sandpiper Art Festival is a juried, outdoor Festival that features fine art and artisan crafts. The Festival is attended by thousands of people and is a great opportunity for sales and exposure to new patrons. No kits or commercially produced items will be accepted. No dealers, imports or bakery goods will be allowed. Registration fees start at $25
